Solana development

Solana blockchain development company

Wiener Labs is a Solana blockchain development company based in Dubai and Istanbul. We write Solana programs in Anchor and Rust, design the mechanism behind them, run token launches and audit every program before mainnet, with the code in your repository from the first commit.

What we build on Solana

Solana is where our deepest work sits: programs, indexers, keepers and the console that watches them.

  • Anchor and Rust programs: one program or a full suite, with full test coverage and invariant tests.
  • Mechanism design: what each party gains, risks and pays to cheat, tested against an attacker until breaking it never pays.
  • DeFi mechanisms: pool, staking and vault mechanics, DEX and AMM integration, DAO governance with treasury and timelock.
  • SPL tokens and launches: issuance with authority handover and locks, airdrop claims by merkle proof, launch tooling on Squads, Raydium CPMM and Jito.
  • Indexers and agents: event listening with a query API, and trading agents with a fixed toolset, a spending ceiling and an append-only log.

How a Solana engagement runs

  1. 01

    Brief

A short brief at /start, five steps in about three minutes, goes straight to the people who build it.

  2. 02

    Written scope

The first block is scoped in writing before anything starts: actors, limits, failure modes and acceptance tests.

  3. 03

    Two week blocks

Each block ends with something running that you are able to stop. The first one is deliberately small.

  4. 04

    Your repository

The code lands in your repository under your licence from the first commit, with review rules and CI yours from day one.

  5. 05

    Handover

Runbooks and key rotation are written while the feature is built, keys go to your team, and we are finished when you deploy without us.

Security before mainnet

We do not deploy an unaudited smart contract to a production network, and we say so before the engagement starts, not when the deadline arrives. Adversarial review is a separate pass with a separate reviewer, and it runs before a deposit is possible.

A pre audit internal review covers static analysis, invariant tests, findings and the fixes; a code and contract audit adds a second reviewer on every finding and a written sign off. The same team runs penetration tests on the website, API, wallet flows and servers; full scope on /security.

Solana projects we shipped

Five Solana systems from the projects page; each opens to what it does and its stack.

  • Cortex: an autonomous DeFi agent that trades spot and captures liquidations, with live money flow on Solana since June 2026.
  • Covenant: agent settlement in Anchor, with USDC in a PDA escrow, a 24 hour challenge period and a bonded arbitrator multisig.
  • Wienerpad: a futarchy-governed launchpad with a full program suite in Rust and Anchor, conditional vaults, a TWAP oracle, indexer and SDK.
  • Aperture: zero-knowledge compliance for agent payments, with RISC Zero proofs verified on-chain by Anchor programs and an SPL Token-2022 transfer hook.
  • Probity: halal compliance screening for every Solana token, served through a versioned API with signed webhooks and on-chain attestation.

Hackathon record on Solana

The record on /work is the whole list: twenty eight results since 2022, six first places and five ecosystem grants. Four came at Solana events: the Superteam Turkey and Halborn track at Solana Colosseum Frontier in June 2026, the Solana Global Renaissance multichain track in April 2024, and the Solana Turkey Mini and Solana Mini hackathons in 2024.

It also carries a Superteam Solana grant and the dGPU launch, which passed a fifteen million dollar market cap on Solana in December 2024. Past results are records, not a promise of future outcomes.

Who this is for

  • Founders who need a Solana program suite designed, proven and taken to mainnet.
  • Teams with an existing Anchor codebase who want a program audit or extra hands inside their review process.
  • Operators of AI agents who need settlement, spending limits and an audit trail enforced by the system.
  • Companies in the Gulf and Türkiye that want a Solana development company in their own time zone.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Both are Rust; Anchor is what we reach for on Solana. A suite arrives with its indexer, keepers and console, and if you already have a program we work inside your repository.

  • Yes. The catalogue lists a pre audit internal review and a code and contract audit, with a second reviewer on every finding and a written sign off. Each finding carries a severity and a fix, and we retest it.

  • Yes, as engineering work: SPL issuance with authority handover and locks, a token sale page, airdrop distribution and a pre audit internal review. The record holds two launches taken to market, one on Solana, and nothing about past launches is investment advice.

  • You do, from the first commit. The work lands in your repository under your licence, with deploy path, monitoring and runbooks in the same release. Keys are rotated to your team at handover; we keep no copy.

  • Numbers live in the proposal, because a number without a scope is a guess. The proposal fixes the price for a written scope in United States dollars, with payment staged across signature, interim delivery and go live.

  • Both co-founders are in Dubai, the Türkiye side of the studio works from Istanbul, and the team spans California to Osaka, with a smart contract security engineer in Zagreb. We usually work inside your repository and review process.
